Locate your SAN (Site Account Number)

Introduction:

This article provides the steps necessary to obtain your SAN (Site Account Number).


Procedure/Solution:

Locate your Site Account Number (SAN) (HN9000)

Users can locate their Site Account Number (SAN) from either their monthly billing invoices (click here) or from the System Control Center.

  1. From a computer connected to your HughesNet modem, access the System Control Center at http://192.168.0.1 or http://www.systemcontrolcenter.com.
  2. Click the blue System Info button at the top of the page.
  3. The SAN is located at the top of the page in the Identification section with the label of ST Name less the "HNS" prefix.

Locate your Site Account Number (SAN) (DW6000, DW7000, HN7000S)

Users can locate their Site Account Number (SAN) from either their monthly billing invoices (click here) or from the System Control Center.

  1. From a computer connected to your HughesNet modem, access the System Control Center at http://192.168.0.1 or http://www.systemcontrolcenter.com.
  2. Click the blue System Info button at the top of the page.
  3. The SAN is located under the DWXXXX/HNXXXX Info section.

A customer’s Site Account Number (SAN) is the same as the account number found on a monthly billing invoice.
