How to Order Express Repair from the HughesNet Website
- Go to http://home.myhughesnet.com/services.php
- Click the Express Repair link under the Tools & Connectivity section.
- Click the Order Now button.
- Enter your SAN and billing Zip Code in the fields provided. Click the Submit button.

- If you do not have Express Repair the current plan line will show None (In example below). Verify the order selection by reviewing the plan information and clicking the Order Now button.

- Review the order details. Click the Continue button.
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions by clicking the I Agree button.
- Add your contact information to receive a confirmation email. Click the Continue button.
- To complete the transaction, review the confirmation screen and click the Continue button.

**A Business Day is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.local end-user time. It does not include weekends, after hours or any of the following published holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. If any of the holidays are celebrated on a weekday, service should be scheduled for the next business day immediately following the holiday.
